We were a bit questionning the choice based on other comments but we were right to come. We were warmly welcomed by the family and showed to a big room. From our room the view was on the terrace and trees, so very nice too. Beds were comfi, fridge, air con, shower with curtain and easy to park the car. Just 5 10min ' walk to the beach. The hostess was very friendly and smily. Would definelty recommend staying there.

Our stay was acceptable, and we were happy with the overall experience. The property owner was very kind and welcoming, which made a positive difference. We were also thankful that they allowed us to stay with our dogs. It was a comfortable and pleasant stay, and we appreciate the pet-friendly approach.

Very nice one bedroom apartment with a well equipped kitchen. In a quiet neighborhood while still being very close to Ksamil center (supermarket and beach were a 5 min walk away). The host spoke few English/Italian, but was always super helpful and attentive.

Hôtel style ground level accommodation with access to a lovely sheltered outside terrace. The room had a separate bathroom and air conditioner for heating. Clean and comfortable. Car park available on the other side of the street. The hosts father was very accommodating. On our arrival we were guided to a local cafe restaurant which is just around the corner for a coffee and a raki. The restaurant is open off season with menu requests available. Ksamil like many seaside towns in Europe was closed for winter. However, there was a supermarket open within a five minute walk down the road and a bakery open within about a ten minute walk. We had a lovely relaxed stay.
