Everything was very good. Near everything, no need to rent scooter. Host is great, he's always making sure everything is ok. Great place, great people. Definitely recommend the stay. When I come back. Im Definitely stay in the same place.

The host was very friendly and incredible helpful. We had an amazing time staying at this property. Very close to the beach, restaurant and shops. Our rooms was spottles, very clean. The air conditioner worked perfectly. We can't recommend this place enough, if you want to visit Ksamil and stay at a safe, clean place then this is the one. Thank you soo much for the recommendations and all the attention we got from the host. If we are visiting Ksamil again then we will definitly stay at this property if there will be available rooms.

In a very busy place like Ksamil, staying at Ilias Villa felt like being in heaven: very quiet, very clean, close to the main road, bakery, supermarket and beaches. The owner was very friendly, sociable and attentive. Great place!
