The room was spacious and spotless. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay. We appreciated the convenience of private parking, and the breakfast was both delicious and varied.

Extremely clean and the owner was always there to greet you and help with advice if you needed anything. Wonderful home cooked breakfast / the bruschetta is amazing and the sweet and savoury pancakes lovely!

Hotel Vathi is owned and managed by Ferit and his kind family. They are extremely welcoming from the moment you arrive at the hotel. Everyone is willing to help and go the extra mile. I was traveling by myself, but I immediately felt part of the family, who hosted everyone with a warm smile and genuine kindness. Location of the hotel is fantastic, you can walk everywhere and the most famous beaches (Poda, Ksamil) are only a 5 min walk. The rooms are good and spacious, and the breakfast is served freshly and its very tasty. I loved my entire stay of 4 days there. The worst part is the moment you realize you need to leave Ksamil.... but will definitely come back to this hotel! Cheers, Marina

A perfect family run hotel. We’ve stayed in over 100 hotels in the last 3/4 years and Hotel Vathy really stands out as one of our favourites! The family that run this hotel make you feel so welcome it’s like coming home. They helped arrange day trips to some of the more natural beaches around Ksamil (Pulebharda) and even provided transport and introduced us to the staff at the restaurant who looked after us for the day. The daily breakfast at Vathy was a highlight. A very fresh, delicious & home cooked buffet of Albanian style dishes, pastries and hot eggs/sausages. We were particularly obsessed with the homemade tzatziki and the cheese pastries! It was lovely to see the family every morning - particularly the little treasure that is Ariana (I think?) the sweetest baby. The hotel itself is in a great location, 5 minutes or so from Poda Beach so close enough to be there in a flash but far enough that the beach bars aren’t audible from the room. The hotel is decorated in a modern and fresh aesthetic and kept spotlessly clean. Beds and towels refreshed daily. We stayed in the top floor room and the view from the insanely massive balcony was outstanding- especially at sunset. Normally we head to bars for sunset but instead spent every night on this balcony enjoying the views. It was nice to have sunbeds on the balcony too so we could enjoy some sunshine peacefully. We would recommend this hotel to anyone and look forward to returning - this was our first visit but certainly won’t be the last!
