The accommodation is located near the beaches, the apartment is always clean, sheets and towels are changed regularly, the staff is very friendly. The breakfast is excellent, you can choose what you want to eat. It is very quiet in the facility.

Perfectly situated in Ksamil. Short stroll to beach, restaurants and shopping. Our hosts were amazing. So helpful and gracious. Highly recommend!!

Very pleasant stay. The hotel is run by family, they were very nice to us, gave us recommendations about local restaurants and helped to arrange bus to Tirana. The hotel itself is quite newly built, comfy rooms with balconies. Location is also in the heart of Ksamil city, very close to the beach. We enjoyed a lot our stay. Good value for money.

Really well located close to all the restaurants and the beach, but away from the main road so nice and quiet. Run by a lovely family who are really helpful, giving us tips on transport, beaches and places to eat. Comfortable double bed, plus balcony, fridge, air-con and enough space to hang clothes. Breakfast good and plentiful too!
