Breakfast was okay, location was great. Hotel is a bit old but everything was clean and neat. Just simple and basic. Located near the center of Ksamil. This is a very nice area to walk along, spend a day paddleboarding or kayaking, or relax at one of the seaside restaurants. During the evening and night time it is very noisy though because of the very loud music from every bar and club, so we didn't really get much sleep.

The location was great and view from our room was amazing. Breakfast was 1 of the best we had the coffee was great. The view from the veranda at breakfast was stunning.

The view from the balcony (and the terrace where the bar/restaurant is) is spectacular especially the sunsets. The hotel is a close walking distance to tavernas, beaches, supermarket, shops, bus stop etc. Good sized room and bathroom. Towels and sheets changed frequently.
