I stayed in this property for 1 night and I can say that's the best apartment so far, clean, and the staff very kind.Located in the center of Ksamil. Definitely I will be back.

The location is perfect. It is possible to walk anywhere you want in Ksamil and are not far from the beach. The bus station is only 3 minutes away and the bus drives to Saranda within half an hour and to the Butrint archeological park within 10 minutes. The apartment is clean and beautiful. I was in the ground apartment and it had anything I need and a beautiful front porch. The supermarkets are right around the corner. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook and store food and was equipped with a modern stove. Kosta answered very quickly to any questions I had and was incredibly helpful. I will definitely come again, I loved it there!

Apartment was 10/10, i was with my family there, the rooms had multiple beds and everything was clean. We get clean bedsheets and towels twice whitch I liked the most. Kosta the host was so welcomed as well!

We were met by a very extraordinary couple of very nice, kind and hospitable owners. They always helped us with the choice of nearby restaurants and beaches and always were responsive to every request and question of ours. Truly amazing people with whom it's a pleasure to talk about everything. The apartment itself is located in a very good zone, being very closely to the beach and having a free parking. The apartment was extremely clean, cozy, spacious, with a beautiful view from the balcony. We'll definitely come back to this great apartment. We very much liked it. Everything was top notch. We recommend this apartment to everyone who wants an excellent choice for an apartment in Ksamil.
