Could be our room in photo with small balcony table and chairs. Was lovely to sit out at night and chill as we looked forward for the cooler evening air. Air conditioning in room was welcome at bedtime. Our local beach was only about 10 mins walk and umbrella and 2 sun loungers were at that time €10 for all day. 9-16th June. There are another one or two within walking distance. Loads of eateries and a nice wee bakery opposite the church and great grocery on the corner down from that we used but there are plenty more locally. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Shower and bathroom clean and modern.

The apartment was very modern and exceeded my expectations. In fact, it was even more beautiful in real than in the photos. The location was ideal, with all the beaches in Ksamil within walking distance (approx. 10-15 minutes walk). Additionally, the daily cleaning service was outstanding; the housekeeping staff not only cleaned but also tidied up the room, leaving it immaculate by the end of each day. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are in Ksamil! For those traveling between Sarande and Ksamil, there is a convenient bus stop located on the main road, with a fare of 3 EUR per person. However, for convenience reasons and because we were so tired we opted to take a taxi at a cost of 25 EUR.
