We spent only one night at Cattleya, as a stop on our way to Greece, but it was truly wonderful. The location, nestled in the heart of a natural reserve, offers a peaceful atmosphere, fresh air, and breathtaking views. The services were excellent, and the accommodation conditions were impeccable – starting with the building itself, which is evidently very well thought through design wise, the details are amazing, everything is spotless clean, comfortable rooms with tasteful design, very good mattresses and pillows, offering you a very well deserved rest from your journeys. The parking lot is big. The restaurant was a perfect addition to the experience, with delicious and beautifully presented dishes. Special thanks to Stefan, the waiter who served us in the evening – he was prompt, kind, and very attentive, making us feel truly welcomed. The breakfast the next morning was plentiful and excellent. If you arrive here sometime, it is a must to visit the Krushuna Waterfalls which is located very close to the hotel, but also Devetashka and Prohodna caves. Even though it was a short stay, it left a lasting impression. We’ll definitely come back!

Exceptional location at the territory of the natural park. Hotel is very well maintained, everything is clean and quality of textile, bed, linen and other facilities is at the high level, considering its isolated location. Room was spacious and warm, very quiet. Well decorated, flowers everywhere. Staff is trying hard to make the stay comfortable. We enjoyed walks into the waterfall park early mornings and later in the evening when no tourists were there, and the impression was magical.

Everything was great! This was our third time for us. The staff here are the heart and soul of the hotel—they go above and beyond to make every guest feel valued and cared for. The restaurant staff provided first-class service, balancing attentiveness with genuine hospitality, making dining an absolute pleasure. If you’re looking for a hotel where service shines above all else, Cattleya is the place to be. We cannot wait to return!

Big room and bathroom, free parking next to the hotel, although it is in the middle of nowhere there is a nice park around the hotel.
