They were quick to respond and help with parking. It is possible to park along side the road. Google Maps brought me below the apartment, but the entrance is at the higher road. But thanks to their help it went well.

Communication worked well. The lady receiving us was very nice. Inside the apartment the contact and emergency numbers were clearly posted which is great when you are from abroad. The location was fantastic. There was plenty of nearby parking.

The host could not have been more accommodating. She communicated with us in English and her aunt who spoke only Albanian met us, but actually walked to a place where our car was because we were having a bit of difficulty finding the parking space. While we were there, we realize that one of our headlights was out. When we asked the Host about where a Ford dealership might be, she sent her uncle to the house to help us. He was incredibly kind and thoughtful. He walked with my husband through the town until they were able to locate the right piece for our car. They were good about recommending nearby options. Additionally, there is a nice balcony where you can see the castle from the balcony. Everything was spotlessly clean. One of the best mattresses we slept on while in Albania. There was free parking in front of the house. There was also the ability to use a shuttle service to the airport, which are adult children opted to use. The cost was extremely fair and it was so easy given that the traffic around the Tirana airport is chaotic. Highly recommend. Everything about it was lovely.
