The apartment is self contained modern single storey building that needs very little mechanical cooling during the day and night. It is fully fitted out with a washer, cooker, hob, microwave, sandwich maker etc., with towels and bathroom products provided. The nearest beach is ~7 minutes walk down hill and ~10 minutes back. The nearest supermarket is ~20 min walk and the port ~25 min walk. The property is in a quiet location, with a view over the valley below and the outer parts of Paros town. There is adequate parking for motorised transport, however did not see any EV charging points. Hot water is from solar panels and while we were there it was always available. Each room has its own air conditioning unit and TV configured for U-Tube, Netflix, Prime and local TV. The windows have shutters and insect netting, which allows them to be left open as there is typically a nice breeze to help cool things down. A representative met us at the property and explained everything and provided contact details along with written instructions on how to use everything.

Brand new property, very clean with all facilities, very well equipped with a big private parking. Host is very nice and responsive. We would come again should we come back to Paros.
