To start with, the apartment wasn't in the address they display in booking. It's a house next door full of humidity and scratched to the brick. The entrance was scary and dark, then you get into a private hallway where there are other 2 apartments and they have all things on the hallway which looks very messy. It's all like a big make up cause if you look deeply, the apartment is dirty, cheap, and it seemed more like a room where someone lives and had to run away when we made the reservation. It was at least comfortable and quiet. I don't think it has the value it deserves. It's more like an accommodation of a 7 instead of almost 9. The only good thing was that it was quiet and the person who received us was very nice and polite.
