The fine print
Please note that while guests cannot access their booked rooms until the regular check-in time, the indoor water and spa facilities can be accessed upon arrival (subject to wait times).Due to maintenance work, Whitewater River is closed 05.05.2025 until 28.05.2025 included. Due to weather conditions, opening may be delayed until 6 June 2025 at the latest. During this time, the water slide tower, jungle splash and water slides in the lagoon are still available to guests.Please note that a bath robe can be rented for a fee and a deposit. Room guests only pay a deposit.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Stay in the tent was an adventure and the chance to get in the pool early in the morning was super cool. Breakfast was great! Overall very good experience!

Super cool place to visit when near Berlin- we came here the day before a work conference. The accommodation is well designed, air-conditioned at all times, clean, themed and fun and quiet. A lot of perks are included in the price, which I was impressed by- the adult spa and sauna, the waterslides, the pools. These were also all open until late, which was great considering our arrival time into the city. The pools themselves are clean, quiet, and relaxing, even despite it being school summer holidays, which might have been both a reflection of Germany's parenting norms (if so, kudos), or the relaxed tone of staff who are clearly constantly on guard, but subtle about it. I'm so impressed- thank you for a great intro to our trip! I also wanted to mention that I was really impressed by the breakfast buffet- great selection and good idea to split it into two mirrored halves with dispensers for things like butter and boiled eggs, which were somehow cooked to perfection. I'd also not tried a pretzel yet and that was genuinely delicious
