A new house with a good amount of investments done. There was a great climate control and double curtains. Parking for multiple cars.

Location is great. When you come from Varna with Bus no 53, the stop is in front of the hotel and also there is a supermarket 2 houses apart. As the water from pipes are not driknable in Bulgaria, it is good that you don't have to carry waterbottles long time. Also walk to beach and city center is 10 minutes, we walked all days, no need for car:)
