Service was outstanding, exactly what you would expect from a 5 star hotel. As the stay was a surprise for my partner, I arranged a warm & romantic welcome with the hotel team. Execution was just on point and the staff was more then friendly. They really did well and thought about all little details…We enjoyed every single minute. Breakfast & Lunch was excellent as well, can’t be better. Choices, service and quality. Stay has been booked in February hence the Spa was an amazing addition. Super clean, modern and great way to relax during the cold period of the year. Over all, it was one of the best hotel experiences we ever had, from arrival to check out. Highly recommended to give this hotel a try, especially for special occasions!

Beautiful setting and great attention to detail by the staff. Easily reached by short taxi ride from krakow old town. Upon arriving we got a short tour of the castle and its history. The room, overlooking the river and view, was very clean and had a massive bed and even a pillow menu! Pool easily accessible by lift and breakfast was good and varied. Ideal for short walks in the surrounding woods.

Beautiful building, excellent facilities (we didnt go to the Spa, but did view it - very pretty) Great restaurant and all staff very kind and attentive. Best sleep ever - its so quiet! Yummy breakfast - worth a visit!
