The hotel staff was very nice and friendly. The location is very near to the main square The room was clean and good looking The food in the hotel's bistro was amazing, just wpw. While it's warm outside they move to the garden pub, which is just lovely.

Location was excellent hotel small and friendly we had a lovely spacious room. Attention to detail had shower gel etc the bedding was embroidered with the hotel name. Only thing we hadn’t noticed as I didn’t read lower down check in closes at 8pm there is a small surcharge for late check in.

Wonderful overnight stay. Staff went above and beyond and the room was beautiful. Fabulous breakfast also. Would not hesitate to recommend if you’re staying in krakow.

Fabulous location. Lift to higher floors. Great breakfast and a hidden garden bar for evening drinks and snack/dinner.
