Late check-out until 18:00 – EUR 20Guest requiring a VAT invoice should provide the necessary details. If not, the invoice will be issued using the details of the person booking the apartments.The guests' credit card must be valid for the entire stay. Guests are required to show the credit card used for the booking upon check-in. In case the card was not theirs, the guest will be required to pay upon arrival, and the money charged from the card used to make the booking will be refunded.Please note: If you are booking on behalf of someone else, you must contact the hotel directly to arrange for third party billing.The pool is closed on Tuesday from 11:00 to 13:00.The sauna is closed on Tuesday from 7:00 to 9:00.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. We enjoyed having the swimming pool/sauna etc. available after a long day walking. The lady on Reception in the spa was very welcoming and friendly. It was well located with easy tram and train access. Breakfast choice was good, but the restaurant staff were not friendly as some of the other people we met.
