Their availability must be confirmed by the hotel.Payments made in PLN are calculated according to the daily fixed hotel's exchange rate applicable on the day of departure. Cash payments can also be made in EUR.Please note:

Late check-out until 18:00 – EUR 20Guest requiring a VAT invoice should provide the necessary details. If not, the invoice will be issued using the details of the person booking the apartments.The guests' credit card must be valid for the entire stay. Guests are required to show the credit card used for the booking upon check-in. In case the card was not theirs, the guest will be required to pay upon arrival, and the money charged from the card used to make the booking will be refunded.Please note: If you are booking on behalf of someone else, you must contact the hotel directly to arrange for third party billing.The pool is closed on Tuesday from 11:00 to 13:00.The sauna is closed on Tuesday from 7:00 to 9:00.Due to renovation work from 07.01.2026 to 14.01.2026 the swimming pool and jacuzzi will be closed.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
