All staff extremely polite, helpful and friendly. Apartments warm and welcoming. Plenty of space. Lift was a bonus for those like us with heavy luggage. Breakfast was sufficient to start off the day. Variety of options to choose from, hot, cold, fresh fruits, cereals etc. Location was perfect. 5min flat walk to tour pick up points. Close to many outdoor dining experiences and pubs.

The hotel is conveniently close to the city center. The room size is adequate and feels cozy. Breakfast is not very varied, but sufficient for a comfortable start to the day. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, which made the stay pleasant.

The location was fantastic, near to all the main sights but hidden away in a quiet street. The room was of a very high standard, the bathroom in particular. The breakfasts were very nice, although as usual they suffer from a lack of selection after a few days. The room was cleaned when we instructed the maid to do so.
