Ideally located within Krakow. Right next to Krakow Glowny railway station as we wanted to explore. Very centrally placed and you can get pretty much everywhere either on foot, tram or rail. Staff were really helpful. Hotel is a budget Ibis, very reasonably priced. Comfortable and hotel had things like hairdryers which you could request. Considering how close we were to railway and roads, couldn’t hear them overnight or only if room window was open. Rooms do have air conditioning. Had shower and toilet in our room.

The room was very clean and the location was super convenient, being right next to the train station and shops. The check-in was very fast, and the check-out time wasn't too early in the morning.
