Great base for our time in Krakow. The breakfast selection lacked Croissants haha but the scrambled eggs were fabulous. I had left my car key behind when I was flying home. The hotel were fantastic in helping me and getting it to me. Definitely will stay again next time I go to Krakow . We had a twin room, great size and the water pressure in the shower was super .

It was fairly basic and could have done with more fruit. Coffee machine was often not working and coffee not tasting nice. Shower in the room was really good and room cleaned well each day.

Hotel was clean and warm. Breakfasts very good. Extremely good value for money. Used the luggage room at the end of our stay.
