The hotel is situated in the old town right next to Wawel castle. The apartments are absolutely stunning as are all of the staff as they are extremely helpful.. attention to detail in the apartment is 2nd to none with complementary wine also given upon arrival. Spotless clean. The restaurant downstairs is a must do.. cannot fault this accommodation of friendliness of all staff

The room was gorgeous and historically, very interesting. Our breakfast was delicious, if a little limited in choice. We could have breakfast delivered to our room daily which was wonderful. We arrived to complementary wine and fruit. The staff couldn't do enough but were not overbearing. We had a lovely view of the castle from our room (royal suite). We were very central, although the street was very quite.

The staff are incredibly attentive, responsive, and discreet, always adapting to the guest’s needs and fulfilling requests effortlessly, while never being intrusive. You truly feel welcomed and valued here. No one disturbs you unnecessarily, there are no unwanted interruptions, and you are free to come and go at any time, enjoying complete peace and comfort. The bathroom is a particular highlight: spacious, refined, always with hot water and fully equipped with everything needed for relaxation. Air conditioning is available, along with high-quality shampoos and even body oils, creating a sense of genuine care and indulgence.
