Perfect location. Although breakfast starts at 7:00 am, they prepared for me breakfast tool at 6:20am. Thanks for this kind attitude!

Really good position for access to all areas, less than 5 mins walk to the main square, 15 min walk to Wawel Castle. Staff were friendly and very helpful, advising & arranging trips, etc. Facilities were clean, and there was a calm, restful ambience throughout.
