We stayed at the hotel for four nights. The accommodation was acceptable overall, but cleanliness was an issue. The carpet and the desk in the room were very dirty, which negatively affected our experience. Breakfast was good, with a decent variety of options. However, the hotel is located far from the main sightseeing attractions, which made getting around less convenient. Before our arrival, we received a link from the hotel stating that we were eligible for a special discount, but the link did not work. After the second night, we had to ask the staff about the discount. They told us that we should have received a 10% discount coupon upon arrival, but we did not. We only received the coupon after raising the issue. Unfortunately, the coupon was for the restaurant, and since the restaurant was not very good, we did not consider going back and therefore could not use the discount. Overall, the stay was average, but issues with cleanliness, location, and the handling of the promised discount reduced our satisfaction.

The hotel was designed and furnished in a very classic, minimal and European style. Everything necessary was available and usable. The air conditioning worked very well and efficiently. The room was very spacious and there were even two armchairs and a little serving table. There is also a big table with a chair - so there is plenty of room to store my stuff. The breakfast was exceptionally rich and fresh.

Absolutely perfect stay – heartfelt thanks to the amazing staff! We stayed for a week and everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel was lovely and well-maintained, but what truly made the experience unforgettable was the incredible staff. A special thank you to Wictoria at the reception, who was warm, kind, and went above and beyond to help us with everything – from arranging transfers to offering great recommendations that made our trip smooth and enjoyable. Her genuine care and professionalism stood out every single day. Also, a big thanks to Lukas, the manager, who was equally friendly with warm smile, approachable, and always made sure we felt welcomed and looked after. You can tell that the entire team works with heart. We left with the best impressions and so much gratitude. We’ll definitely be back – and recommend this hotel without hesitation!
