The location was fantastic. The hotel was very comfortable and the breakfast was great. We even had a take out breakfast pack when we went on a tour

I had a single room and it was a lovely size. The room was cleaned daily. There was a fan left in the room as it was warm. The reception staff were very helpful. The room was cosy.

Everything. Nice rooms, excellent location, kind and service minded staff. All you can ask for in a hotel. It was very hot during our stay so an AC would have been the icing on an otherwise perfect cake. But we could open the windows and there was a fan so we managed just fine.

Location was brilliant for exploring Kraków, room we had was huge and the beds were really comfortable. Breakfast was brilliant good continental selection and plenty of it.
