Smallish, characterful hotel, perfect location half-way between castle and main square (10 mins walk in either direction). Quiet location. Super-friendly, cheerful, helpful staff. All spoke fluent English - thank you Aleksandra and all your colleagues. Rooms spacious. Comfy beds. Brilliant buffet breakfast. Also, didn’t know it when we got hotel to book in advance for Auschwitz/Birkenau & Salt Mine trip, the hotel is the pick-up/drop-off point – very convenient (and they’ll provide packed lunch if an early start).

Location and staff were great. Our tour started earlier than planned which meant we missed breakfast in hotel. Manager made us a pack lunch!! Also manager made us feel very welcome and gave us great information about krakow.

The hotel's location is ideal—very close to the old town and everything is within walking distance. The room was nice and comfortable, and the bathroom as well. We had an issue with the shower, but it was resolved the same day we reported it. The breakfast was nothing special, just the basics. Because of the location, I would choose it again if I visit Kraków.
