My wife and I had a fantastic stay at this hotel during our visit to Krakow. The location is perfect — close to everything. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. The staff was amazing: kind, professional, and always ready to help. Special thanks to the receptionist Agnieszka (I hope I’m spelling her name right)— she was incredibly helpful and kind.

Location is just outstanding. 2 minutes from the Square. Room was super clean with very comfortable bed and pillows. Staff was very friendly.

This hotel was terrific: it was spotless, had friendly staff, comfortable beds, and nicely air-conditioned rooms. Simple, but fresh and delicious breakfast. Location-wise, the hotel is 100m away from the main square. This is the best value-for-money 3-star hotel I have stayed in in recent years.
