The hotel is small and located on a side street just steps from the Market Square and a few meters from Krakow's Central Station: practically anywhere you want to visit is within walking distance. The reception staff is very kind and courteous and, for every request (shower caps, more toilet paper, and more water), always available. The room, 302, was spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and clean, with a new and clean shower. When we checked in, we requested daily room cleaning. When we left, they gave us a complimentary fruit set—delicious apples! We highly recommend this hotel in Krakow's Old Town.

The room was clean, comfy and quiet. It was close to the train station and the old town centre. The staff were helpful with our question about the area and how to get places. The breakfast was delicious and had lots of options, constantly refilled.

The hotel's strategic location offers convenient access to the train station, bus station, the Old City, and a major shopping mall, all within a 10-minute walk. While the reception area may appear compact, the guest rooms and bathrooms are well-proportioned. The breakfast service is satisfactory when compared to the standards of other four-star hotels globally. Consequently, this establishment is recommended for those visiting Krakow.
