The room was very nice and cosy, and the location was great. The spa, saunas, and pool were excellent, and the massage was very good. It was also great to have access to a small gym.

This Hotel is exceptional! From the facilities, to the rooms, everything screams luxury. The hotel is spotless and smells amazing from the second you walk through the doors! The pool, fitness centre and Spa are superb. No expense spared. Even the lifts have velvet cushioned walls! If you were to put this hotel in West London, you would expect to pay upwards of £500 a night, it’s that good! The cherry on top for my wife and me was a free room upgrade due to it being our anniversary. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough, and I’ve staying in some of the very best in the world.
