The location was excellent, but my kids were in room 105 just above the restaurant, on the first night there was a party in the restaurant and it was very loud until very late, maybe 1 am, my kids were disturb and could not sleep also until late. Maybe hotel employees should have asked these people to be respectful of other guests who were trying to sleep.

Very helpful staff, printed out my train ticket for me, beautiful hotel. Two coffees complimentary in the coffee machine. Turn down service provided before bed. I arrived at 10 am, asking if I could leave my luggage there prior to checking in, and they gave me an early check-in there and then! It’s in the oldest street in Krakow, near the Castle, perfectly positioned in the Old Town.
