In general it was ok.. a few recommendations to make it better : Darker shades! Bigger shower, it was too small for taller people The stairway smelled mouldy sometimes We were not informed that there would not be an elevator, the rooms were at the second floor. Why don’t you Put a sign outside of the main door? it was really confusing to find it. On the bright side the room had a great temperature and it was near the old town.

The location of the hotel is very good, next to the entrance to old town. There is a tram stop right next to the hotel, so it's very easy to move around (if the traffic let's you). Breakfast brought to the door every morning. Hot water boiler and good fridge in the room. Air conditioning was big plus during my visit, because it was hot in the city. I took a room with balcony which helped to air my clothes and also the room during the night when I didn't want to keep air conditioning on. But there is absolutely no view from the balcony. I never saw the staff (except one housekeeping staff), but anything I asked via Booking.com, they responded fast and kindly.
