One of the best hostels I have been to. Very friendly and helpful staff, who can speak English. Warm atmosphere. A very nice kitchen area and common area — I found myself sitting there a lot, chatting with several guests. I also liked the bathrooms, very clean and well-thought overall. Free laundry and drying — although I didn't see any washing detergent, so maybe ask first. And also, during my visit at least, the dryer needed more than six hours to dry my clothes. Old machine on heavy use, I guess. Just know it's an old building, so squeaky doors & floors, confusing door locks and such little things. The beds also not the most comfortable ever, and there are no curtains in the bunkbeds. The bedsheets were old and worn, but they looked and felt clean enough. Altogether, I really enjoyed my stay, even extended it. And as a plus, there is a nice pub right next to it (Pub Stary Pies).

We booked the room for 4 people (me, my wife, and two kids) while driving from Warsaw to Krakow after midnight. It was a good deal. We were able to check in at 3 AM in the night and had some rest after the long drive. The location is great, quiet, and 24/7 reception that accepted our last minute booking was really helpful in our case.

This is a great hostel. Just one note: In dormitory everything is noisy. Door is noisy, floor is noisy, bed is noisy. So it's hard to sleep or do something silently when others are sleeping. Everything else is grear.

Location is great close to everything Tea/coffee provided in shared kitchen In the kitchen there is everything provided as well f.e microwave, oven, cutlery, plates etc. Lots of seats to relax in shared space. Very clean and modern place Washing machine and dryer provided for no extra charge just 4zl for washing capsule which is very reasonable. Wifi is working downstairs and weak in the rooms which is not a problem for me. Good value for money 24/7 reception Thank you

The location is great and having a 24/7 reception was great. The inclusion of free coffee and tea in the kitchen is a big plus too. The room was clean and so were the shared facilities.

Clean, warm, great facilities, next to an amazing cafe, so easy to check in and out, great size room, great that they spoke English, great location. Would recommend. P.S. you should check you The Bull Bar in Krakow for karaoke.
