Excellent location. Right in the heart of Krakow old town. Very nice and helpful receptionists. Large, clean room. Very quiet, perfect for a good night sleep. The shared bathroom was also spacious and clean. I will definitely go back there again soon!

The tale of two rooms. My second room after a request was like chalk and cheese. My first of 4 nights was a terrible Room, but after contacting the management through their WhatsApp number at reception they moved me to a super quiet, newly renovated, spacious, airy room with a fan as stated.
