The Gen Z receptionists are useless. I couldn't get an invoice because I hadn't let them know before paying. I don't know if this is beaurocracy or lack of any interest - as it seemed from the look on their faces.

This hostel truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, making the check-in process quick and hassle-free. We were pleasantly surprised to find our rooms ready before 2 PM, and even more impressed by how spacious and spotless they were. Unlike many other hostels we've stayed at, we felt completely comfortable using the provided towels and sheets, everything felt fresh and clean. The beds were very comfortable, and we even had a lovely view from our window. The bathrooms and toilets were consistently clean, which makes me think they’re cleaned several times a day, definitely a huge plus. The location couldn’t be better: perfectly situated between Wawel Castle and the lively Kazimierz district. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, including Carrefour Express, Rossmann, Indian spots, and ramen places. Overall, a fantastic stay that I’d happily recommend to anyone visiting Kraków.

A very convenient location of the hostel will allow you to quickly get to the airport, the railway station or the sights of the center of Krakow.And the friendly staff will take care of your luggage in a special room while you walk the streets of the beautiful city of Krakow.

Location is great, close to the tram/bus stations. I liked the lockers in the room, they were big & the key was provided by the hostel.
