I like how the place is in the middle of Krabi Town. All accessible. Staff were amazing. The place is clean. The stay was so smooth.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfy - would be great to have one more pillow and a few more hooks or shelves to put your things. Staff were friendly on arrival!

Overall a lovely stay, comfortable bed and decent shower. The gentleman at reception assisted with booking ferries out to Koh Phi Phi Don and Railay, as well as our transfer to Koh Samui - which we're grateful for. Whilst the bed was nice and big, the room itself has little spare space for luggage and unpacked clothes. We ate at the attached café twice, once when we arrived and one morning for breakfast. Unfortunately, we felt like we were an inconvenience to the café employees, however the food and drinks were delicious. The only other comment would be the noises coming from the loft space at night (above the 4th floor), which were at times quite loud. We didn't feel the need to raise this to reception as it didn't impact us enough, something to consider if you're a light sleeper.
