Resort Overview

Somatheeram Research Institute And Ayurveda Hospital lies along a private beach area on Chowara Beach. It features a herbal garden, Ayurveda academy specialising in ancient Indian medical therapies and cultural programmes like henna-tattoo design workshops.
Surrounded by 15 acres of tropical greenery, Somatheeram Research Institute And Ayurveda Hospital is situated 24.4 km from Thiruvananthapuram Airport and 9 km from Kovalam Beach.
Rooms are housed in little wooden huts and come with a balcony overlooking the garden or sea. Bathroom toiletries are included.
Guests can enjoy the peaceful surroundings with a quiet Yoga session or take a canoe ride to explore the area. An outdoor pool, gym and library provide other recreation options.
Traditional Kerala favourites, Ayurvedic vegetarian dishes and healthy food choices are featured. 24-hour room service is also available.
