Robin was very nice and accommodating and contributes to the good vibe in the place. The room is big and comfortable. Great location very close to the beach and all the restaurants but in a quiet area.

The staff is very flexible and helpful. They assist with luggage and can even prepare food if ordered in advance. There are two staff members, both supportive and approachable. The hotel also helps with arranging cabs and local transportation, which makes travel easy. The property is located about 400 meters from Kovalam Beach, making it very convenient to walk to the beach, swim, and return for a shower. The staff is accommodating and flexible with such requests. Overall, the stay is value for money and a good choice for travelers looking for a relaxed beachside experience.
