OK, so I lucked out and was given Room 1 on the second floor. It must be the best room in Kovalam. A huge balcony looking right over to the light house and beach a stone's throw away. The location is perfect, the bed and linen fantastic and the owner, Sam, always a WhatsApp message away. I've been travelling for seven months and in this price range it's as good as I've seen. When I walked in I asked if I could stay two extra nights before I had put my bags down. Try and get a front balcony room but if you can't, the others have a side on view. Absolutely recommend without any hesitation.

Great location! So close to the beach and the view from our room was fantastic! It’s a really chilled little hotel with good sized rooms and balconies. The owner is so helpful, as are the other staff. Always there to help and will sort things out for you.
