We loved our time at Hobbiton. A great apartment surrounded by apple trees and across from te beautiful lake. We spent most time swimming in the lake or sitting on the balcony. We want to thank Andi for his advice and hospitality!

Everything was amazing - extremely hospitable hosts, the apartment is very spacious and comfortable, there's everyone one would need and more! We thought we could spend a week there, was so lovely, only 1 min from the shore of the lake!!

Amazing location on the lake among the mountains. Excitable, extremely hospitable and helpful hosts. The house has absolutely everything you need and much, much more. The hosts take care of every detail, which can be seen at every step in the house and its surroundings. We arrived very late in the evening after a long and tiring journey. There was no problem to check in at 10 PM, an incredibly warm welcome awaited us, and at home - a bottle of home-made wine, wonderful preserves of local smoked figs and local honey. The owners even gave us local vegetables, hospitality really unprecedented. Our holiday in Bosnia and Herzegovina, where we were for the first time, passed wonderfully, the house is very comfortable and has all the amenities, with an electric grill, Netflix, an amazing hearth in a beautiful, well-kept orchard and hammocks included. But the most wonderful was the view from the terrace of the turquoise Ramsko Jezero, which we could admire at any time of the day or night. We travel with a cat - it was no problem at all. It was a real dream vacation in the real, beautiful Bosnian Hobbiton. Thank you!
