Absolutely recommend! Giannis is the one of the best hosts in Crete! 11 out of 10. Always reachable on Viber and willing to assist. Thank you, Giannis, for the genuine and warm-hearted hospitality! He has prepared a list of recommended places you could visit around - tavernas, beaches, etc. It contains hidden marvels. The tavernas in the village are picturesque and also worth visiting. Kournas fresh water lake is only 10 min car ride from there. Most of the surrounding beaches are at 5-10 min by car as well. The name of the place is well deserved. It is on the 2nd floor of the house and on the spacious terrace you could enjoy 360 degrees view of the surrounding mountains, the valley, the beaches and the bay. It is quiet. The place, and especially the kitchen, is very well equipped with everything you may need. Absolutely perfect for two families with kids. The internet is good.

The house was absolutely wonderful. Clean, tidy, spacious and with a nice view from the balcony. Each room was equipped with air conditioning, there are two refrigerators, two bathrooms, and plenty of mattresses, bed sheets and towels. I recommend it for large and medium families. The owner was helpful, kind, and respectful, in addition to being a remote tour guide via WhatsApp, restaurants and places he recommended were really good ones, concisely it was a wonderful holiday.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Panorama house. It was spotless, super clean and well organized. Beautiful place to stay with breathtaking view. The house was spacious, extremely comfortable and nicely decorated with huge verandas all around. The location was perfect offering a tranquil and picturesque setting, close to the village and the sea. I highly recommend this place, we absolutely loved it!

My family of 6 adults and one toddler spent a wonderful week at Panorama House. The apartment was comfortable with a fantastic porch and a panoramic view of the surrounding mountains and the sea. The functional kitchen and washing machine, the air conditioning in each room, and the excellent wifi all made it an ideal place to do part-time work and hang out in the house. The location was perfect. Besides visiting nearby Chania and Rethimno, we were 15 minutes from nearby beaches and an hour from the southern coast. We swam in nearby Kournas Lake every day and enjoyed the local tavernas. Giannis, the owner of Panorama House, went out of his way to make our stay memorable by answering all of our questions about the house and the area. He was always accessible. There are beautiful hikes, both directly from the house or within an hour's radius. To sum up, highly recommended as a base to see Crete.
