The fine print
Please note that both pools can be heated for an additional daily charge each for the entire stay, and it requires at least one week's advance notice.Starting January 1, 2024, a new Greek tax was introduced which is called the “Climate Crisis Resilience Charge,” requiring a fee of €6 per night from March to October and €2 per night from November to February. The amount needs to be paid in cash or by card upon your arrival at the villa.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Alva Residence is exceptional! Wow! Alexios is a fantastic host and was very helpful for a last minute booking! The property is stunning, beautiful views from every room and the outdoor spaces! Alexios provided lots of additional items for out toddler that were very beneficial to our stay! The photos on the website underplay this amazing villa, it is breathtaking inside and out and we would not hesitate to book again! The helpful concierge service is an additional bonus, along with a lift, a gym, a games room, it was so great! Thank you for everything, it was truly amazing!
