Location on a small hill, overlooking cypresses and olive groves in the countryside. Away from the tourist crowds. Absolutely quiet. And the private pool is excellent. Great villa, spotlessly clean. Open-plan, well-equipped kitchen and living room. A place with positive vibes. Spartakos is always ready to help. He also owns a great seafood restaurant in Zakynthos. His wife, Elena is an excellent chef. Being a guest at his villa is a queue-jumper to getting a table for dinner, considering they are packed with customers. We kept going back because none of the other fish restaurants in town could match their food! You will need a car to drive around the coast to visit the various beaches and pretty towns, or pick up groceries.

Lovely quiet villa. Great views and a very clean, large pool with some inflatables provided. Perfect for a chilled family stay! Spartakos the host was very welcoming and helpful, giving tips for where the quieter local beaches were and we ate at his very popular seafood restaurant in Zante town, which was delicious. Plenty of parking for our hire car which we used to explore the island. We love dogs, so enjoyed seeing the two large dogs who live on site popping their noses under the fence to say hello, but this may not be for everyone. Useful to have a washing machine to avoid having to take tonnes of clothes for the family.
