The villa was lovely and clean, it had all the facilities we needed for our stay. Air cond in the living room and both bedrooms, individually controlled and worked really well. Probably the best air con that we have had on holiday. There was Wi-Fi which was extremely good, I was wary from previous reviews that the Wi-Fi may be terrible however they must have fixed it as it was perfect and no lagging at all. The TV had loads of channels too. Rooms were spacious with large wardrobes. Separate utility room with washing machine and clothes drying rack. Mini safe in the upstairs bedroom. The pool was a perfect size and was deeper in the middle, but not too deep as we could all stand in it. The pool water was also warm as we stayed in July. We only noticed an outside shower on the last day, which had warm water. Lovely addition, shame we didn't realise it was there earlier. There is a gas BBQ and outside dining table. Due to the large trees at the end of the garden, the pool went into shade from mid afternoon (in July). This could be seen as a negative or positive. Some days it was good as the children could play in the pool longer without getting too much sun, but some days it would have been nice to have it in the sun. Very much a personal choice. The differences I noticed from outside this villa HG29 the same one next door HG30, which is run by the same company, is that the pool in HG30 doesn't go into the shade. And they also have cushions on the sun lounger, which we were missing and could have done with, as the beds were black metal and extremely hot to touch. This villa is run by a company called Aphrodite Rentals, their customer service is superb. They have 24 hour contacts and feel confident that they would have helped with any issues. The also let us stay late in our villa as no one due in that day, amazing service. Aphrodite hills itself, is very secluded and quiet and around 30 mins to Paphos harbour.

Everything the villa overlooks the 1 st Tee we could enjoy a coffee and watch people Tee off . This is pure luxury . Stunning villa has everything you could ask for the views are spectacular the facilities Five Star the welcome staff Richard and Katie made everything so easy we will return
