We had everything for ourselves. The house, yard, pool and panoramic view of the city Bar. The bed was super comfortable, design inside is better than in the pictures. The sunset/night view was stunning. Better than expected. Friendly host.

The villa was immaculate, and the ambience was perfect for what we were looking for. Andjela went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The service was top tier! There is an option for breakfast, and they provide daily housekeeping, which I was surprised to see at a villa. The location is fabulous too, it was a 10-15 minute drive to supermarkets, restaurants and the Tivat airport.

Andjela was very communicative prior to our booking and was able to accomodate an earyish arrival on our trip from Podgorica. We arrived to a very well appointed and equipped apartment. The views were amazing. Over the Adriatic towards Tivat looking down on the airport strip with planes coming and going. There are a couple of well stocked supermarkets a some restaurants a few kilometres away. It is in reasonable reach of both Kotor and Tivat though the traffic can be challenging. There is a nice pool and bar area for those that want to relax. There are parking spaces on site.

This property is even better in person than in pictures. It is absolutely gorgeous. If it had been sunny-wow what a place to relax. I would recommend 💯 if you are looking to visit kotor/Tivat and budva/the ocean. Great beds!
