Location is amazing. We enjoyed our stay at Promenade Rose very much and will stay there again for sure. Kotor old town is about 30 minutes by foot. Small beach just in front of the apartment. Water is clear and nice.

Everything was just right. Nice host, comfortable room, good location, superb view, good restaurants nearby -all you need for a perfect vacation!!!

The apartment was right in front of the sea and its like it has its own beach (2 meter in front of it). It had a great balcony with breathtaking view. The best part is the hostess ho was so kind and helping, for whatever you need. We will come again here, for sure!

The view from this place is absolutely breathtaking It is like a living painting. You could sit for hours just soaking it in. The host is a truly lovely lady. She is incredibly kind, helpful, and she made us feel like welcome guests in her home. The location is great, within walking distance to the Old Town, with several scenic restaurants along the way. A wonderful stay overall. We would love to come back!
