The Apartment is great, comfortable bed, good shower, strong wifi, nice balcony. Very close to the beach - just 5 mins down to the stairs. we were able to find park right in front of the building. Amazing view when you're going out from the building. And we really enjoyed gym, huge, one of the best, a lot of different equipment and a lot of space (it cost 10 euro per day/100 per month and it is worth it 100%)

Definitely one of the best accommodations in this price range in Kotor. Loved both the apartment and the building. There's a big balcony with a mountain view where you can have breakfast. Loved the location as well - Dobrota is a nice quiet neighborhood, but the way up to the apartment building is quite steep, just be prepared. Petar was very kind to leave some drinks in the fridge because everything was closed on the 1st of May

The apartment is located in Dobrota, in a fairly new apartment complex. It is a very well equipped studio apartment, the kitchen provides everything you might need. The bathroom has a washing machine.

Petra Studio was a lovely place to stay, and honestly exceeded all our expectations. It's spacious and has pretty much everything you might need: the full-equipped kitchen with a fridge, stove, kettle and all the tableware you might need, comfortable couch, air conditioner, great WiFi, and there's even a washing machine and ironing board. The balcony with a table is a very nice addition too, it's a lovely place to spend an afternoon, have a chat or relax with a beer. The location's good, it's quiet, close to the beach, with shops, restaurants and bakeries nearby - some might require some walking, but everything's within a reach. Extra thanks to Petar, he's been easily one of the best hosts I've ever met - very friendly, always reachable and ready to help. Would 100% recommend to anyone, and would be happy to stay here again ourselves next time we come to Kotor. Thank you, Petar!
