Everything was exceptional — the host was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. She shared the history of the house, gave great local recommendations, and made us feel genuinely cared for. The sea view from the terrace is absolutely stunning, and the historic stone house has such a unique, cozy atmosphere.

It doesn't get much better than this. An immaculate apartment with a stylish new stone terrace in a prime location overlooking the Bay of Kotor. And by 'prime' I mean five or six strides across the road and you're cooling off with an Adriatic swim. The apartment is comfortable, spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything you need. And, if that's not enough, the on-site family will fill any gap with levels of service that you would be hard pressed to find anywhere else. You'll have gathered from other reviews that the owners are pretty special when it comes to 'spoiling' their guests... and we hope it won't be long before we're back to spend more time with them in Donji Stoliv. Montenegro gave us a great holiday. The high standard of the apartment added even more. And the family owners made it unforgettable. Our thanks to every one of you!

We had an excellent stay! We are a couple that stayed for a week together with our teenage daughter. The location and view are breathtaking! Just a few steps to the private pier and the wonderful Kotor bay. We also enjoyed the elevated terass with sunbeds, that we experienced as very peaceful even though the small road was running right beneath. (Not much traffic.) The apartment is spacious, very clean and with nice, big comfortable beds. The host family is incredible hospitable, kind and welcoming. They are doing absolutely everything to make you feel comfortable and allowing you the space to fully unwind. If you are considering a calm, comfortable stay in Kotor bay with easy access to other sights, Palazzo Uniqato seafront is an excellent choice!

Stoliv… paradise in the Boka of Kotor. Pallazo Uniqato Seafront is historic appartments I would like to recommend to anyone. Hospitable owners- beautiful people. Comfortable, luxurious accommodation, where you will wake up to the sound of the sea and birds chirping… On the way to the beautiful, private beach you’ll be surrounded by the scents of jasmine flowers. You will have the opportunity to enjoy a beautiful sunrise and even more beautiful sunset. We can’t wait to return to this gorgeous place again. I hope you will also enjoy this pearl.
