The hosts were very friendly, helpful and always on hand if we needed them. The apartment is very spacious and well equipped. The aircon works well and the location is great with the sea just across the road. It's a 10 minute walk to the nearest supermarket, 25 minute walk to Kotor Old City and there is a large selection of restaurants & bars all along the sea front which you can easily walk to. Just across the road there is a beach bar (which is not noisy) and you have lovely views of the Sea and Mountains. There is a patio where you can dine whilst looking out over their garden, (there is also an indoor dining table too). Up some steps from the patio takes you to a terrace where you can sunbath or just sit and enjoy the views of the sea and mountains. It has two Shower Rooms, one is an ensuite whilst the other is down the corridor but it is your private shower room so we didn't find it a problem.

We loved our stay. The location was perfect walking distance to restaurants, shops, and public transport. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. For the price, it exceeded our expectations. Great value, would definitely stay here again

We loved our stay here. It is perfectly located on the water and just a 25 minute walk along the promenade to the old town of Kotor. The apartment was very clean with lots of space - more spacious than it looks in the photos! There are 2 lovely terrace areas - one overlooking the garden with the option of covers to sit in the shade. The second one is above the garage and has deck chairs offering the perfect viewing point for passing boat activity. Mihailo was the perfect friendly host. He met us there on arrival and checked in on us during our stay.

We loved absolutely EVERYTHING about our 5 night stay. The apartment is located in, our opinion, the best possible place with numerous bars and restaurants all within 30 seconds- 10 mins walk and the beach on your doorstep. Free parking on the streets all around. The hosts were outstandingly lovely, helpful, kind, considerate and attentive/responsive (by Whatsapp, so not in your face). The apartment is huge and was immaculate. I just cannot recommend this place highly enough. If I ever return to Kotor, this is the only place I would want to stay at.
