The staff were so kind and helpful and the property was very clean and well maintained with beautiful decor . Accommodation is arranged across three buildings and we stayed in two . One was brand new Two locations for breakfast-in the modern block the breakfast choice was much better .

We really enjoyed our 5 night stay, the hotel was in a great location, the views were absolutely incredible, the decor in the room was modern and the bed was extremely comfy. Overall we had a really lovely stay! We would definitely return to this hotel should we visit Kotor again! On our final day we also had an invitation to visit the Essenza spa, I believe this was very newly opened, pool was amazing however none of the other facilities we could use such as sauna, steam room as they weren’t working. A very beautiful hotel with the views being our main highlight especially from our bedroom. Breakfast was good it was nice to sit outside and admire the beautiful surroundings!

Superb interior design, location is perfect, between Kotor and lovely Perast with large private beach club on the lake and own pool. Staff were fine as was breakfast. Spread across 3 different building but all elegant in and out. Parking was easy.
