The view from the balcony was 100% and we could've sat there our whole stay. The waterfront location is amazing but we didn't rate the actual beach/water here. The room was also super comfortable for our night. Appreciated the fridge. Good a/c. Note - taxis at the port (we arrived midday-ish) would not take us to the guesthouse. We walked 15 mins or so - narrow busy pavements. Anita helped us with booking a taxi to the bus station early next morning. Beware there are stairs - the reward is the view. The nearby gyros was good (cash only)

Excellent location right on the sea front, about 10 minutes walk to Kotor old town. Lovely balcony to enjoy the view. Clean and functional. Free parking.

Breathing taking view from the balcony, cleanliness and the location. It is within walking distance of many tourist spots.
