I loved it so much I decided to stay a couple of extra nights - the location is absolutely stunning and access to Kotor and Tivat within 30 mins. It is a perfect slice of paradise.

Our group of six—my partner, our two kids, and my parents—stayed in the Three-Bedroom Apartment during our trip to Montenegro, and it was fantastic. The apartment was spacious, very comfortable, and clean. It featured two bathrooms, air-conditioned rooms, a kitchen with the basics, and a cozy living room. The beds were new and extremely comfortable, and the furnishings matched the photos perfectly. The outside terrace was amazing and the perfect place to relax, with breathtaking views of Kotor Bay. Just across the street was a private stone pier and beach, ideal for swimming. The apartment also provided sun chairs and water toys, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment is located on a busy narrow road, so there was some traffic noise, but it didn’t bother us—it actually added to the charm. Breakfast and dinner were both enjoyed at Konoba Vila Marija in Prcanj; the food was delicious and fairly priced, the portions generous, and the setting lovely—though finding an outdoor table for breakfast could sometimes be tricky. There was a bus stop right outside the apartment for easy access to Kotor’s old city, and street parking was available. The host also offered the option to arrange a boat tour on Kotor Bay that picked up at the dock. This was my favorite accommodation during my Montenegro trip thanks to its comfort, beautiful terrace, and incredible view of the bay.

The accommodation was clean and well equipped and the view of the bay was great. The host was nice and happy to help. The private parking was a good addition as parking spaces are scarce on the streets of Kotor.
