This apartment had everything we were looking for: - great location, you just walk downhill for 2 minutes and are in promenade and from there not far walking to Kotor city - parking - spacious garage. You have to go uphill a narrow road and then you have to reverse back to the street. But it is all well shown on photos and it is a straight reverse so slowly and we had no issues - nice modern apartment where our family of 5 would fit and air-conditioning in every single room which was great - washing machine and dryer - good TV - AMAZING view from the balcony which was a highlight for me Kids liked this accommodation the most from all 5 we had while travelling in Montenegro. A price was a little higher but it seems to be reasonable in this part of Kotor. I recommend.

The host was so cheerful they even gave us a bottle of wine. We loved the location and the apartment was spacious and clean with everything we needed.

I cannot begin to explain how wonderful the hosts, Mirko & Jasmina are for this property. Communication was excellent - they let us know exactly where we needed to be and by the time we arrived they had opened the garage for us and were waiting by the side of the road to ensure we didn't miss the turn off. Then when we got out of the car there they were, with big, warm, genuine smiles welcoming us. We genuinely felt that we were visiting old friends from the very moment we met them. They were so kind to us upon our departure also. The property is exactly as described and as per the photos (although they don't do it justice). It was immaculately clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our stay (including decent coffee pods - but we had our own). It's so well equipped with everything you need. The aircon is super cold and beds super comfy. In terms of location, you just couldn't beat it - literally 5-7 mins walk to the Old Town and a minute walk to the beach. There are loads of lovely restaurants close by and supermarkets. Mirko and Jasmina gave us some great tips when it came to choosing local foods/places to eat - which was appreciated. What was charming about the location was it was full of local people: men drinking their coffees, families walking their dogs, kids playing football in the evenings and women chatting on benches. It felt like we were part of the local community not just a 'tourist'. We loved coming back to the apartment and sitting on the terrace - was a wonderful spot for a glass of wine and to watch the sun go down. Genuinely this is a wonderful place to stay in Kotor and we would absolutely, without hesitation stay here again. Tip for future travellers: traffic can be pretty horrendous in Kotor - we put a location tag on us when we were travelling to the apartment which let Mirko & Jasmina know exactly when we would arrive, and meant our arrival was seamless.
