Love everything, the room is gorgeous, the staff is very helpful and friendly! A lot of restaurants at ground level and there’s night market as well very close to the building. Love the vibe!

The room design is very nice and comfortable. The bed is great too. The air conditioning is cold enough, even though the room is big. We spent most of our time in the hotel, and it was comfortable enough to stay in all day. We’ll definitely come back again.

Customer service is very bad, slow response and takes hours to reply my enquiries. No one answering my calls either. The bath tub water wasn’t hot enough to even have a nice warm soak, I had to boil water, doing it multiples times just to get my warm soak.
